Our Mission:
To help dogs and their owners live their best lives together.
Behaviour problems are the number one reason that dogs are surrendered to shelters or rehomed. Through relationship focused, high quality training, education and support, we’re on a mission to keep dogs out of rescue centres and help our human and canine clients develop the skills needed for a peaceful, fulfilling life side by side.
Our Vision:
Is a world where all dogs get the chance to a professional canine education so that they can behave in a way that allows them to live exciting, enriching lives at the side of their owner.
By helping owners raise dogs that fit into their lives we aim to become a household name know for training excellence and, by helping owners resolve behaviour challenges they’re facing, we aim to reduce the number of dogs surrendered to rescue shelters due to behaviour problems.
We do everything for the love of dogs and have future plans for building our very own rescue shelter. Here, there will be a huge focus on training to help each dog find and stay in their forever home.

At Baywood, dogs come first and by choosing us to help you with training your dog, you’re having a paw-sitive impact on the lives of many dogs in need and, for that, we thank you!
For every training session booked with us, we make a donation to rescue centers both in the UK and Portugal. This small gesture goes a long way in helping the dogs waiting for forever homes.
Watch this space as, in the coming months, we will be launching the Baywood Scholarship Fund. Through this fund, we will be working with rescue shelters and attach professional training courses to the re-homing papers of dogs to help make them more adoptable and ensure they stay in their new home forever.
… but it doesn’t stop there…
We have big plans to build our very own dog rescue and re-homing shelter. While this dream is a few years away, we wake up every morning excited to get to work to make it all possible.
