Our clients, both the two legged and four legged ones, are at the heart of everything we do. It is our mission to help the dogs and their owners live their best lives side by side by making sure they get the right training for THEM and their dog. We are all about helping them achieve long term success. With that in mind, we are looking for a very special person to join us.
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in B2C sales who is genuinely passionate about dogs and helping owners understand why training is so important.
The courses we offer have been specifically created to help people through the different stages of puppy parent hood and it is important that they book the right one for their needs and goals.
It will be your job to contact enquiries we receive, listen to owner’s goals and any problems they are having, help owners understand which of our courses is right for them, help them understand why time is of the essence, the kind of life that they’ll be able to live with their dog and getting them all booked in for their first session.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your sales skills to really make a big difference in the lives of dogs and their humans.
Location: Remote (work from home)
Responsibilities:
· Conduct calls to warm leads who have expressed an interest in our services.
· Reach out to previous clients to promote additional services such as holiday boarding.
· Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries.
· Update CRM on the status of accounts.
· Communicate services and pricing clearly.
Requirements:
· Passion for dogs and an understanding of dog training principles.
· Minimum 3 years sales experience.
· Proven transactional inside sales-generating revenue between £30 – £120k per month.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Ability to work on a self-employed basis.
· Flexible with initiative.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Fluent in spoken and written English
· Extremely organised and take pride in your work.
